Pilates
The Pilates Tower is a versatile piece of equipment designed to strengthen, lengthen and align the body through spring-based resistance. Built with a stable mat base and an upright frame with adjustable springs, bars and straps, the Tower supports precise, controlled movement that challenges your core, improves posture, and enhances flexibility.

Mama & Baby Tower Pilates
A soft, nurturing space for you and your baby to move, breathe and bond together.
These classes support postnatal recovery, rebuild strength and offer moments of calm.
You’ll enjoy gentle movement, breath work, relaxation and connection, both with your baby and with other mamas.
Pregnancy Tower Pilates
Pregnancy Tower Pilates offers a gentle yet supportive way to move throughout every stage of pregnancy. Using the Tower’s springs for guidance, support and resistance, these classes help strengthen the body, improve posture and create space for breath and connection. Each session is thoughtfully designed to nurture both body and mind, helping you feel supported, strong and deeply connected to your changing body and growing baby.
